Waypoint’s customer is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist their Army customer. This role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to support the Project Manager and leadership teams.
Responsibilities :
- Anticipate Project Manager needs, analyze challenges, and propose solutions for routine and complex issues.
- Manage assignment, tracking, and configuration control of all Staff Actions Control Officer (SACO) tasks.
- Develop and maintain knowledge management processes for seamless integration across program offices.
- Act as a liaison to the Army customer and leadership, ensuring strategic messaging and situational awareness.
- Support the Project Manager with special projects, document creation, Integrated Master Schedules, Monthly Acquisition Reports, and presentations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Project Manager related matters, including classified and high-priority issues.
- Analyze priorities, recommend courses of action, and track organizational policies to completion.
- Maintain open communication with senior leadership and staff, improving office policies and forecasting future needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
