We are seeking a skilled and licensed HVAC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage a crew (already in place) to perform work on new and existing construction projects, including up to 300-units in multifamily developments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in HVAC installation and comfortable operating machinery, such as a skid-steer loader, and handling additional projects as needed.
- Responsibilities :
- HVAC Installation
- Lead and manage a construction crew, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Perform mechanical work on both new and existing construction projects.
- Operate machinery, including skid-steer loaders, safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project goals.
- Handle other assigned projects and tasks as necessary.
- Qualifications :
- Valid mechanical license is required.
- Proven experience in construction and mechanical systems.
- Skilled in operating machinery, including skid-steer loaders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Familiarity with multifamily construction projects is a plus.
