Compensation : Base Salary plus comssion (flexible for experienced reps)

Commission : Accelerated commission structure for new our converted business

Employment Type : 1099 (Independent Contractor)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our dynamic team in the NYC area, specifically covering Manhattan, Long Island and Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foot and ankle hardware, with some exposure to sports medicine and biologics, and be ready to hit the ground running as we expand our presence in this thriving market.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and develop sales in the assigned territory
Promote and sell foot & ankle hardware and biologics
Drive revenue growth, (territory is expected to triple in revenue this year)
Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, and hospital staff
Provide product knowledge and educational support to customers
Report sales activity and manage territory performance
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues

Qualifications :

Previous experience in sales, particularly in the medical device or healthcare industry, is preferred

Strong understanding of foot and ankle products, sports medicine, or biologics is a plus

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099 status)

Ability to manage expenses, either using a personal or company card
