What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender and Server position at Waypoint Spirits?
Waypoint Spirits in Bloomfield, CT is a local distillery that creates premium spirits and canned cocktails. We are looking for a server and bartender for our taproom. The job duties include taking care of the guests that come into the taproom, taking food and beverage orders, taking special note of any requests made by the guests, and any other tasks related to serving food and beverage (such as juicing fresh fruit for the bar or preparing rolled silverware for the guests).
Job pays CT Bartender rate($8.23/hr plus tips) while serving or bartending, and a competitive rate while working on our production line (working in the distillery if those shifts are added to your schedule)
Required shifts for this position are Saturday 1pm-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Other shifts are available and shifts on our production line are available throughout the week (bottling and canning various spirit based products)
