Waypoint is seeking an ambitious, energetic, goal-driven Administrative Specialist to join our amazing Business Office team! This is a full time, 40 hours per week role working in our Manchester location supporting programs and staff throughout the state.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work closely with program staff to understand both Waypoint and non-Waypoint databases to help complete data entry as needed to support programs and administrative functions across Waypoint.
• Partnering with staff and leadership to keep information current and accurate. Updating and organizing SharePoint sites, providing administrative reviews for client files and suggesting improvements.
• Generate reports from databases as needed using the appropriate Office Platform. (Such as Excel or Power BI)
• Provide Administrative support to prepare for meetings by setting up space for meetings, ordering food, preparing and copying presentation materials.
• Answer and distribute calls, faxes and mail as well as maintain postage accounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or education:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred such as business administration,
Experience: A minimum of one-year related experience in an administrative role
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include SharePoint and Office 365
• Prior database management experience is helpful
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
