Waypoint's Early Childhood and Family Support Department is on the lookout for a Data Coordinator to oversee the collection, organization, maintenance, and analysis of data across its information systems. This role is crucial for ensuring data accuracy and integrity through effective database management, data entry, cleaning, validation, and report generation to aid decision-making within various programs. Reporting directly to the EC / FS Director, the Data Coordinator will collaborate closely with Program Coordinators, Supervisors, Managers, and the Waypoint Finance Department to enhance data support, monitor accuracy, and pinpoint areas for improvement. If you possess strong analytical skills, administrative expertise, and a knack for technology, we invite you to join our fantastic team!
Minimum Qualifications Include :
- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred, such as social work, program evaluation, public policy, business administration, or information systems
- Experience : A minimum of one-year related experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include SharePoint and Office 365
- Advanced Excel user preferred and ability to design, develop and monitor multiple Excel Workbooks
- Prior database management experience is helpful
