Parent Aide - Keene NH Area - Part-Time Flexible position - Up to 29 hours per week

If so, joining Waypoint's team as a Parent Coach (formerly known as Parent Aide) in the Greater Dover NH Area might be the perfect opportunity for you. As a trained Parent Coach, you will work with families involved with the child protection system / DCYF using Family Time Coaching techniques.
In this role, you will empower parents to focus on their strengths, help them set family goals while respecting their unique family culture, and support attachment building that allows their children to return home safely. During a Family Visit, you will coach parents by engaging in age and developmentally-appropriate activities with their children such as playing games, reading books, or sitting on the floor with them. Regular reflective supervision, Department Team meetings, and support from other program team members are provided.
This is a Part-time flexible position (Preferable availability of 2 : 30 Pm - 8 : 00 PM M-F with some weekends)
