Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary Therapist located in Delray Beach, FL. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, providing case management, and working with individuals diagnosed with chemical dependency and co-occurring disorders. Additionally, the therapist will actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of therapy programs to best support clients' recovery journeys.

Qualifications
- Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Experience in Social Work and Chemical Dependency
- Expertise in Dual Diagnosis and related therapeutic practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Relevant certifications, such as Registered Intern, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
