What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary Campus Instructional Coach (Bilingual) position at Wayside Schools?
This is a campus-level instructional coach position. The instructional coach would report to the Campus Principal and be a member of the Shared Leadership Team. The instructional coach would work to guide, mentor and grow teachers to ensure scholars' success. Duties include leading PLCs, providing feedback on lesson plans, teaching others to use resources, data analysis of scholar success, building teams and ensuring an amazing experience for scholars.
