Program description and training opportunities :
Family Networks is a subcontractor that works with the Department of Children and Families to put in-home service to help stabilize families to remain intact. When children are removed, we work with DCF to find an out of home placement that meets their needs including Foster Care and Group Care.
Once the service / placement is identified then Family Networks is responsible for ensuring effective treatment for the children and families.
