Youth & Family Support Worker
Community Based - Framingham
Salary Range: $22.00 - $26.50/hour depending on experience sign on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time).

What you will do:
Provide culturally informed therapeutic interventions to children, young adults, and their families, that promote skill building in the life domains of: social functioning, symptom management, coping skills and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with all members of the team to ensure continuity in treatment, services, and messages delivered.
Provide both "soft" services (mentoring, counseling, skill-building) with identified clients as well as "hard" services including transportation, referrals, accessing concrete services such as furniture, food, etc.
Serve as an advocate and attend meetings with the family and as requested by the youth and/or family.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma plus at least 5 years experience working directly with children, young adults, and/or families OR
Associates Degree in Social Work or related field plus at least 3 years experience working with children, young adults, and/or families OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field plus at least 1 year of direct experience working with children, young adults, and/or families.
Valid driver’s license/access to reliable automobile.
We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Trauma Informed Practice; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC).
Salary : $22 - $27
