Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Manage the Investor Services team including training and professional development
- Develop and maintain client confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering stakeholder value
- Complete and maintain AML requirements for investor transactions for varying investor types
- Conduct periodic review in accordance with company and regulatory controls
- Maintain an overview of complete and incomplete AML records and ensure timely action is taken to make all investors AML compliant
- Act as an escalation point for AML related queries
- Assist in drafting and documenting operational procedures, policies and processes in conjunction with the compliance department and ensuring AML system updates are carried out
- Work closely with the compliance department to ensure all AML procedures are followed in accordance with the company’s Anti-Money Laundering procedures manual
- Participate in special projects within the group including quality control and process improvements and AML/CDD remediation projects for non-compliant investors
- Assist with new client onboarding, relaying full CDD requirements for varying investor types in varying jurisdictions
- Full understanding of FATCA/CRS and the ability to apply FATCA/CRS classifications

Experience
- A minimum of 8 years in an Investor Services role in a Hedge Fund Administrator
- A minimum of 4 years in a management position
- Experience of HWM Mantra would be an advantage
- A university degree (B.A./ B.Sc./ M.B.A.) in Business
