Drive Continuous Improvement actions to closure
Support team training and coaching
Work with aircraft Managers/ Plane Chiefs/ Team leads
Share best practices
Learn and educate tactical lean initiatives
Drive 5S maturity levels
Drive the Lean Maturity level program within your assigned Platform
1 years experience implementing continuous process improvement, lean processes, employee involvement and One BPS engagement strategies in a manufacturing environment.
1 years of experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in any role impacting a production or shop floor environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Lean Green Belt Six Sigma Certification
