Position Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:
- Receives, sorts, and processes excess materials and IT hardware for disposition
- Handles classified material according to security guidelines
- Coordinates the collection, segregation, and repackaging of surplus hardware for recycling or smelting purposes
- Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers
- Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders
- Transports material within the local area in a variety of non-commercially rated vehicles
- Must have the ability to operate various material handling equipment; manual and electric pallet jacks, various classes of forklifts, electric carts (training will be provided)
- Provides support to various Supply Chain functions
- Experience with properly handling and destruction of classified materials
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Customer service experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Capable of lifting up to 35lbs on a frequent basis
- 3 years’ experience with properly handling and destruction of classified materials
- 6 years’ experience with properly handling and destruction of classified materials
- Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Experience operating box trucks
