• Position Summary This program is an 11-week full-time opportunity that provides real work experience with a team in your business area. You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.
  
  

The summer internship program is from May 28 – August 8, 2025.

CVS Health follows a 3 day in office (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) hybrid work model providing office-based colleagues the ability to flex between working in the office and working from home based on the work you need to accomplish. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice. Our office locations for this role are Hartford, CT or Scottsdale, AZ. A housing stipend may be provided, based on eligibility, and interns will be given the opportunity to connect with each other prior to the start of the program to coordinate housing if desired. The hourly rate is $23.00 per hour, with 40 hours per week, July 4th off (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. Please disregard the range listed below.

• About the Business Area Payor Solutions helps members manage their chronic and complex conditions and oversee their wellness. It also helps payors reduce member-driven medical costs and improve health outcomes, reduce avoidable medical costs from providers and optimize revenue from government sources.
  
  

What you will do Within our organization, we integrate strategic assets to provide a better experience for our clients, customers, & members. This role provides opportunities enhancing skills in Microsoft Power Suite (automation & dashboard development), program management, and engineering skills. This will critically improve time management, organizational, critical thinking, & prioritization skills. _Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs._ Required Qualifications

• Meet Education Requirements (see Education section)
• Experience with Agile Framework and potential Java, Python, SQL knowledge
• Preferred Qualifications
• Leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, sports, or work-related projects)
• Experience leading a project at school or work
• Internship or work experience in a related field
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• An interest in obtaining full-time position within CVS Health upon graduation
• Experience in high-performance, large, high-scale distributed systems using APIs and streams to communicate
• Experience encouraging teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness
• Experience being resourceful and quickly and successfully adapting to change
• Experience with Cloud Development (GCP preferred)
• Education
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and August 2026
