- _Key Responsibilities:_
- Assist in the analysis and forecasting of demand for medical devices and related products.
- Support the development and maintenance of inventory strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, product management, procurement, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
- Help prepare reports and dashboards tracking supply chain performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Participate in the planning and execution of supply chain projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes within the supply chain planning team.
- Learn about compliance regulations and best practices related to medical device supply chains.
- _Qualifications:_
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Access, or SQL).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- _Preferred Qualifications:_
- Previous internship or academic experience related to supply chain or logistics.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software or ERP systems is a plus. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship. The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
