Position Description:
Candidates selected to fill the role of Dean of Students at East Middle School will be given the great responsibility of continuing our long standing commitment to academic excellence. The Dean of Students at East Middle School will lead implementation of our Multi-tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, design and deliver an organized and positive student climate, and will be responsible for building positive relationships and working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members to ensure the success of a diverse population of learners with decisions aligned to our collective vision at East.
