Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with fun, curiosity-sparking activities in a positive, welcoming setting
- Building meaningful connections with kids while prioritizing safety and inclusion.
- Upholding Wayzata’s high standards for excellence in every interaction
Qualifications:
- 16 years old or older
- No prior work experience required
- Some prior work experience with students in a group setting is a plus
- Pass background check
- Reliable transportation needed
Salary and Benefits:
- Starting $16.84/hour up to $17.28/hour

Locations & Shift Times:
- Meadow Ridge Elementary
- North Woods Elementary
- Oakwood Elementary
- Birchview Elementary
- Shift times: 4 to 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am and 6pm
- Maximum of 7 days off during summer programming
