Mechanical Assembler & Industrial Painter - Build It, Paint It, Perfect It!
WB Industries is looking for a Mechanical Assembler & Industrial Painter to split time between our Assembly and Paint departments. If you enjoy variety in your workday-building high-quality products with precision and giving them a flawless finish-this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
In the Assembly Department:
- Read and interpret blueprints to assemble mechanical components
- Use hand and power tools to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality
- Troubleshoot minor issues and maintain quality standards
In the Paint Department:
- Prep surfaces by sanding, grinding, and priming before applying coatings
- Apply industrial finishes using spray equipment and other techniques
- Inspect finished products to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish
No two days are exactly the same, and you'll get the best of both worlds-hands-on assembly work and the satisfaction of seeing a finished product with a perfect coat of paint.
What We're Looking For:
