As a Customer Service Representative Celebration Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and valued. This includes answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockrooms.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockrooms.
* Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments, processing returns, and counting stock.
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
