We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative Celebration Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting in inventory management. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and stockrooms.
* Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments, processing returns, and counting stock.
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.
Requirements
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
