What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Coordinator - On site position at WB Mfg?
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform duties to provide support to management, the sales team, and customers, which includes but is not limited to maintaining current customer database and sales figures, onboarding new clients, and tracking/analyzing lead generations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates sample orders per request from customers and Sales Team and ensures they ship in a timely fashion.
- Book flights, hotels, and schedule rooms for meetings for management, sales, and visitors.
- Coordinates and arranges tradeshow booth locations, meetings, and promotional items.
- Ensures all products and supplies are packed, labeled, and shipped to tradeshow booths.
- Manage inventory levels of sales samples.
- Retrieve weekly lead generation and report to Sales Team.
- Ensures work assignments are completed accurately and within set timeframes.
- Continues development of personal and professional skills through formal and informal training.
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed.

- Experience in Administrative Services and Functions.
- Experience working in Smart Sheets.
Licenses/Certificates: Driver’s License.
Technology/Equipment: Proficiency in InSight 2020 or equivalent operating system.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing, and seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing. Semi-frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Some tasks may require the employee to bend, stoop, twist, and turn.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Production may be hot in the Summer and temperature-controlled in the Winter. Moving machinery, i.e. forklifts, moveable carts, etc.; uneven ground where cart tracks are identified. Air quality may be dusty and potentially require additional PPE in certain areas. Sound level below 85 decibels except in areas specified as requiring hearing protection.
