Administrative Assistant - Woodcrest

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answer phones, respond to questions, comments, emails of potential and current tenants
  • Responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Inspect models and vacant units, communicate related service needs to Property Manager/Building Operations Manager
  • Complete renewal leases for distribution, inspect that they are returned complete and after they are signed by property manager: scan, and file
  • Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies
  • Fully informed of current rental rates
  • Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals
  • Maintain prospect management and engagement to include processing rental applications and status updates
  • Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
  • Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times

REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Computer technology/Software proficiency

  • Demonstrate good judgement

EDUCATION / WORK REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School or GED diploma
  • Prior residential experience helpful

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week

Work Location: In person
