Looking for a talented Technical Product Owner (TPO)

who has technical background preferably on Java, Rest API Microservices architecture, UI (React or Angular)Development experience on these technologies will be a plus, but not mandatory, candidate worked as TPO for projects in these environments and have a deep understanding will suffice for this role.

Responsibilities - Lead a team of Java Springboot backend developers and UI Developers in delivering large and complex Microservices applications Work with customer Technology leadership and Senior Managers in identifying the requirements, convert into features, define acceptance criteria. Guide the Scrum Master and developers to define User stories and Story points. Own the product end to end as well as roadmap at the technology/functional level. Plan the capability, features The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with Client leadership, Scrum Master and Developers in identifying technical requirements, non-functional requirements and translate them into features and User stories. The candidate is also expected to drive product demos. Provide guidance to support the product backlog grooming sessions conducted by Scrum master. Provide guidance to API developers and UI developers to Design, implement, test and deploy APIs using the latest technologies and best practices. Agile project delivery End to End ownership in implementing custom build API solutions, communicate risks, issues, challenges and statprogress of the project. Skills and Qualifications : 8 years of overall IT experience, 4 years of Product Owner experience with technical background preferably on Java, Rest API Microservices architecture, and UI frameworks. Experience in agile software product development. Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. SAFe PO/PM certification or equivalent.
Experience in Jira, Jira Align, Github tools Experience in AWS, Cloud deployments, Pipeline deployments will be a plus
Contributes in driving the Product Vision that addresses cross-domain market needs with strong business viability, in line with the Product/Platform Portfolio and guidance from Managers. Assists Managers in delivering the desired product and platform outcomes from initial conception to implementation and support.

2. Actively contributes in driving the product vision, approach, after sound product research and discovery through modern product discovery practises
3. Performs primary and secondary research; executes and tracks the product/platform strategy
4. Ensures clear and unambiguous translation of Product Value Roadmap of deliverables to enable the product team to complete work
5. Ensures adherence to the Product Value Roadmap set by Product Managers and Product Leadership
6. Drafts user stories and ensures they are clearly understood by the cross functional product teams
7. Ensures Product requirements are gathered and prioritized
8. Ensures commitment to and tracking of clear Product Metrics, under guidance from Managers
9. Drives the execution of product development in collaboration with Product Team members comprised of Product Design, Technology & Data Science
10. Tracks/drives Product Metrics and success goals under the guidance from Managers
11. Adherence to modern product management practises and standards; providing periodic status updates
12. Supports Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in product demos
13. Supports in achieving the Product OKRs
