The CFO will oversee the work of 10 finance professionals and a budget of approximately $350 million. The ideal candidate will excel in budget and grant management, strategic planning, financial forecasting and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. They should be a skilled leader who can support and empower their team while managing complex financial issues and communicating effectively with the Fire Chief, executive leadership team, and the Fire District Board of Directors.
