| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |

Engineering Specialist I: ($29.00 - $36.25 per hour)
- Must possess a working knowledge of technology concepts normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in electronics, communications or related field; and
- One-year related work experience.
Engineering Specialist II: ($33.36 - $41.70 per hour)
- Must possess a working knowledge of technology concepts normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in engineering, electronics, communications or related field; and
- Four years of experience and increasing responsibility.

Engineering Specialist I:
- Training in electronics repair, network/communication systems, or gas measurement.
Engineering Specialist II:
- Training in electronics repair, network/communication systems, or gas measurement.
- Journeyman electrician license is desired for some disciplines.

- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
- Requires call out and travel (30-35% ). Overnight stays may be required.
- Required to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- May be subject to the Company's DOT Substance Abuse Testing Program.

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: |

Installs, maintains, calibrates, monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs various types of field equipment to support the SCADA system and operation of the gas transmission system. Types of equipment include compressors, electrical systems, control systems, computers, networks, communication systems, radio systems, gas sampling systems, gas quality analyzers, odorant systems, corrosion, measurement, regulation, Over Pressure Protection (OPP), pipeline, and others.
- Ensures all systems are maintained to provide safe, reliable and efficient operation.
- Completes required reports to document equipment maintenance history, preventive maintenance testing, calibration procedures, equipment configurations, and installed equipment records by location.

Maintains critical equipment and parts inventory to ensure that systems can be repaired or replaced within a reasonable length of time after any failure.

Prepares connection and elementary drawings prior to any installation of systems or equipment. Upon completion, finalizes the drawings, and files.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Additionally, an Engineering Specialist II is also responsible for:
- Training field personnel in operation and maintenance of various types of equipment or systems used for operation of the pipeline system.
- Witnesses' calibration and/or testing performed by other companies.
- Ensures compliance with company, department, and government regulations and standards.
