Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compressor Operator/Lead Compressor Operator to join our team at WBI Energy.
Key Accountabilities
- Operating and maintaining compression equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements and Qualifications
- An Associate degree in an industrial or mechanical related field or equivalent work experience acceptable to the Company is required.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Journeyman Compressor Operator is required for the Lead Compressor Operator position.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
