JOB TITLE : Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for inbound customer inquiries—responding to OEMs, end users, and resellers via phone, fax, and email. Your goal? To provide outstanding service, support, and solutions, helping us build strong, lasting customer relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Engage with customers by assisting with product inquiries, order follow-ups, and tracking.
Prepare and send price quotations promptly and accurately.
Review, process, and track customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
Use our CRM system to follow up on quotes and manage customer data effectively.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
Support the Sales Manager with various sales and customer service tasks to drive our business forward.

WHAT YOU BRING

Familiarity with ERP / manufacturing systems, CAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM software is a plus.

Background in fluid power, power transmission, motion control, or an industrial environment is ideal.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Location : River Falls, WI

Education : 2- or 4-year degree (technical focus preferred, but not required)

Experience : 1-3 years in industrial sales preferred, but not required.
