JOB SUMMARY: The Data Analyst plays a critical role and is responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, providing that data to team members to make appropriate business decisions. The primary responsibilities include data analysis, data management, data operations, and application validation.

- Constructs and maintains data frameworks for analyzing data; analyzes data using standard methods, including statistical methods; interprets results and presents clear summaries to WCG management
- Collaborates in the development and delivery of data analysis packages for client data services; reviews written reports
- Updates and creates new data visualizations using Excel and Visio for client deliverable using understanding of our data framework
- Validates applications (online and internal)
- Processes and reviews data received from client; prepares queries
- Reviews and consolidates across data sources
- Updates project logs in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or sciences required
- 1-3 years of work experience in management consulting, life sciences, or data analytics
- Microsoft Excel and Office skills including knowledge of pivot tables, array formulas, and VBA
- Demonstrated experience with data management, interpretation, and presentation
- Passion for data analysis and problem solving
- Familiarity and interest in life sciences industry
- Good communication and writing skills
- Close attention to detail is critical
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills required
- Must be dependable and results driven
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary

Salary : $42,750 - $66,500
