Position Summary
Under direction, assists in the cultivation, management, and stewardship of prospects and donors, as well as the planning and execution of fundraising activities. Provides support and assistance for the Planned Giving Team and the Medicine / Women’s Health Individual Giving Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Manages major gifts and / or prospects using fundraising software. Maintains information and data integrity within the fundraising system.
- Generates reports and queries to be used to analyze program effectiveness, identify donor candidates for upgrade and identify trends using fundraising software.
- Provides administrative support, which may include calendaring, expense reporting and vendor management, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Drafts materials for donors including proposals, briefings, stewardship reports, budgets, special acknowledgments, invitations, and other correspondences.
- Assists donors, prospects, and VIPs with patient referrals, admissions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Assists with staffing special fundraising committees and panels. Drafts agendas, minutes, speaking points, and supporting materials for these materials.
- Coordinates various special events and handles arrangements, briefing packages, travel arrangements and RSVPs.
- Partner with prospect research colleagues to compile demographics, biographic, asset, wealth, relationship and activity information for donors and other constituents.
- Maintains knowledge of all WCM Capital Campaign priorities including goals, collateral and dollars raised.
