- Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Hold Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
- BLS preferred (American Heart Association)
- 1 year of experience as a certified Surgical Tech working in an OR setting is required
