Job Requirements :

• LPN NYS License
• 1 yr of exp mental health, substance use, or with formerly incarcerated or homeless
• BLS through American Heart Association
• Must be willing to work with the Homeless Population in NYC
• Must have background in mental health, community health, addiction / substance abuse recovery
