WCS Healthcare is working with one of Hudson Valley's Premiere Medical Groups is seeking experienced LPNs to work within their Internal Medicine Department at their Mt Kisco, New York Location. This is a full time opportunity to work 40 hours per week. This will be typically Monday-Friday 9-5, no weekends!
Job Function :
- Provides nursing care to patients / significant others via direct and / or telephone contact, following established standards and practices.
- Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care.
- Assists physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching.
