Job Function : 60% Clinical / 40% Admin Has 5 direct reports and supervises 3 RNs for the suboxone program.
Position requires ONLY Med management, we are an outpatient clinic, and the expected patient volume is 11 visits per day.
Our Patient Population includes- depression, anxiety, bipolar do, schizophrenia, and PTSD.
CHN provides 60 min new evaluation and 20 / 30 mins for follow-ups.
We also have On Call, but it is by phone 1 week at a time approximately every 2 months.
Working hours are Mon- Fri 9 : 00 am- 5 : 00 pm
