WCS Healthcare has multiple openings in a residential setting working with young adults and children in a behavioral health program in Queens. This position is working for a well know Social Services agency.

Job Function

  • Day Shift.
  • 9am - 5pm.
  • Observe and record patient behavior.
  • Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Counsel/educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
  • Administer medication, change wound dressings, and care for other treatment options.
  • Read and interpret patient information, making treatment decisions when appropriate.
  • Direct and supervise nurses, nurse assistants, and nurse aides.


Job Requirements

  • Licensed RN in New York.
  • BLS.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing exp in mental health, OPWDD.
