**Job Overview**
Winchester Cold Storage Company is seeking a highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Hours are Mon, Tues, Th, Fri from 9AM-6PM and Sat 7AM-4PM. Candidate MUST be able to work these hours if applying.
**Responsibilities **
- Fast-paced environment which requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, and all forms of customer service from walk-ins, phone conversations and grammatically acceptable email.
- Position provides carriers and customers with appointment scheduling.
- Position requires that data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, daily.
**Requirements**
- Excellent communication skills - must be team-oriented. This position requires that the Candidate provide excellent communication for all involved, to include our customers, carriers and other staff.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment in an efficient manner.
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems to include Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
