Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this position is a driven healthcare sales professional with 3-5 years of proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. The Home Care Consultant- Outside Sales role at WCSC Tennessee- Metro Nashville offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily face-to-face marketing to hospitals, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, senior centers, hospice, etc.
• Manage designated region, managing the overall region sales pipeline.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM daily for input and data management.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans as they relate to specific opportunities within assigned territory.
• Maintain and update sales plans, account and opportunity data within company systems as directed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge, competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
• Convert RPN referrals to commitments for consultations, evaluations, proposals, or sales.
• Generate quotes, proposals, sales reports, pipeline reports, and sales analysis of moderate complexity as necessary.
• Meet and exceed sales plan as the primary interface between customers and internal operations.

Requirements:

• Sales experience with a proven track record in outside sales, healthcare preferred.
