Key Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business Identify leads, cultivate relationships, and expand our customer base
- Consult & Sell Work with customers to match them with the right equipment for their needs
- Negotiate & Close Deals Structure contracts and financing options for optimal solutions
- Provide Top-Tier Customer Service Build long-term client relationships based on trust
- Stay Industry-Savvy Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory, promotions, and industry trends
What Were Looking For:
Sales Experience Preferred Background in agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment sales is a plus, but not required
Motivated, Goal-Oriented Professional Self-driven with a strong work ethic and closing ability
Excellent Communication Skills Ability to connect with customers and build trust
Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills Ability to handle multiple deals and clients
Tech-Savvy Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CRM systems
Knowledge of Hay Equipment? Even Better! Familiarity with tractors, balers, and ag machinery is a plus
