This role is based at our Sealy New Holland location and is a key position in a two-person parts counter. You’ll be the face of the store, the first person every customer sees, and the go-to for parts, support, and top-notch service. Responsibilities
As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you’ll play a central role in the daily operations of our dealership—supporting both customers and the service department by ensuring the right parts are in the right hands at the right time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet walk-in customers and assist in locating and selecting parts

Answer questions and offer product advice, usage tips, and maintenance support

Communicate clearly with service technicians to provide timely, accurate parts

Maintain and organize parts inventory for visibility, accessibility, and accuracy

Resolve issues such as backorders, damaged parts, and product availability

Process orders and transactions accurately, applying discounts and promotions

Assist in merchandising and setting up promotional displays
Parts Counter Salesperson Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:

Two-year degree or equivalent work experience
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to learn a wide variety of parts and systems
-
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Preferred experience:
-
3 - 5 years in customer service, retail, or dealership environment

Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory
-
Experience with agricultural, construction, or equipment parts (a plus, not required)
