What You’ll Do:
As an HR Generalist at WCTractor, you’ll assist and touch all areas of HR, including benefits, new hire onboarding, offboarding, verifications of employment, payroll, employee files, recruitment, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, employee relations, performance management, training, safety, and compliance.
Depending on your strengths and areas of expertise, your role may evolve to include certain specialty areas where you can serve as a subject matter expert, shaping your specific responsibilities within the team.
You’ll maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work closely with various departments to improve HR processes and support business goals.
This is an in-office position and will office in Brenham, Texas at our corporate office.
