Service Technician Responsibilities
As a Hay Equipment Specialist with WCTractor, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, service, and repair specifically on hay equipment, alongside other agricultural and construction equipment. We provide advanced training directly from manufacturers, so you'll have access to the latest resources and tools to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on hay equipment both in the shop and in the field.
- Set up and repair agricultural and light construction equipment as needed.
- Complete detailed reports and forms related to work assignments.
- Maintain current knowledge and skills related to agricultural and hay equipment.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay updated with industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements.

Service Technician Qualifications
Minimum requirements for the Service Technician position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year related experience required
- Must have your own full set of tools
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day
