Our Brenham Kubota store is growing—and we need a technician who can hit the ground turning wrenches. If you know your way around compact and mid-size tractors (especially Kubota), and maybe even dabble in lawn and garden gear on the side, we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is focused on mid-size tractors (Kubota is our bread and butter), with occasional work on lawn mowers and smaller turf equipment.

You will:

• Diagnose and repair compact and mid-size tractors, utility vehicles, and lawn/garden equipment

• Perform setups on new units and field service when needed

• Complete detailed documentation for service orders and repair history

• Stay up to date with the latest tech and service protocols through paid training

• Follow all safety procedures (seriously, we mean it)

• Work closely with your team and be ready to jump in wherever needed

Experienced Tractor & Turf Equipment Technician

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanic/technician experience

• Experience with Kubota or similar compact tractors preferred

• Full set of tools – we’ve got the big stuff, but you’ll need your go-to gear

• Valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs daily

• High school diploma or GED

Bonus points if:

• You’ve worked at an equipment dealership

• You’re the kind of person who fixes your buddy’s stuff when it breaks—and actually enjoys it
