Service Technician Responsibilities
As a Service Technician at WCTractor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers' equipment performs at its best. You will perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of agricultural and construction equipment, both in the shop and in the field.
Your Impact
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct service, setup, and repairs both in the shop and on-site for customers.
- Stay updated on the latest equipment technologies and advancements.
- Complete detailed reports and documentation for all service assignments.
- Adhere to WCTractor's high safety standards while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
Service Technician Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who bring technical expertise, a commitment to excellence, and a customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a related role, preferably with agricultural or construction equipment.
- Own a full set of professional tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturer certifications or specialized training in agricultural or construction equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
