2025 WCVB Summer Internship Program

The 2025 WCVB Summer Internship Program offers a variety of opportunities for students entering or currently in their junior or senior years at an accredited community college, college, or university. The program runs for 10–12 weeks, requiring a commitment of 24 hours per week, with flexible scheduling depending on the department. This role reports to the Executive Producer. In-person attendance is required.

- A Letter of Recommendation from a professor specifically for the WCVB Internship Program.
- Creative Works/Writing Samples, relevant to your areas of interest.
- Intern applications are limited to one submission based on area of interest.

- Conduct research, including researching footage from old shows and news tapes, as well as via the Internet and phone calls.
- Update repeat shows for re-air.
- Archive nightly shows.
- Assist producers with logging video footage from shoots.
