We are looking for a dynamic and supportive individual with to join our team as the Showroom Supervisor!
This role provides support to the retail sales team by managing the day-to-day needs of the showroom’s operations. This includes tasks related to customer service, daily reporting, collaboration with the management team, and supporting all sales efforts. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a knack for effective communication within policy and practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional computer skills. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.

Responsibilities
- Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receive telephone calls if Reception is not available. Adept as using all telephone system features for forwarding calls, placing on hold, and checking voicemails.
- Ensure that printed and digital pricing tags are updated and accurate by walking the Showroom floor on at least a weekly basis.
- Documents and collaborates towards solutions for any cleaning or hazard concerns promptly.
- Review Quotes and Purchase Order’s received. Ensure pricing and models numbers are correct and cross reference between multiple platforms to verify inventory availability and payment statuses.
- Coordinate with multiple departments for daily, weekly, and monthly operational needs by completing Standard Procedure and Required Forms.
- Manage RGA and Refund Approvals in accordance with current procedure and best practice guidance. Escalate abnormal requests to the Area Manager and manage any and all follow up communication to the sales consultant.
- Complete all tasks related to the Balance Due Report on a daily basis.
- Draft weekly schedules and manage timecard approvals within the company policy and practices. Document corrective conversations with team members if a violation occurs.
- Directs job applicants to fill out application for current job openings online. Escalate any job verifications or records requests to the Human Resources department.
- Participate in the interviewing process as directed.
- Performs routine office tasks necessary for the operation and presentation of a professional workplace as observed by the Area Manager.
- As needed, assists with customer pickups in the warehouse area.
- Efficiently receives and stages new product delivered within Showroom appearance expectations.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and Vendor Business Managers to complete the process for Showroom display ordering and installation if applicable.
- As needed, assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, maintenance of system notes, and data entry.
- Have a proficient understanding of all company policies and confidently able to resolve any customer escalations through excellent customer service.
- Duties and responsibilities are subject to change and may include additional responsibilities based on business needs.
- 3-5 years’ experience within a luxury retail, customer service, or similar role required.
- Kitchen appliance, Bath fixtures, or construction/remodeling familiarity preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate good listening skills
- Minimum High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to change direction as priorities shift and adapt to changing circumstances
Starting Pay Range:
- $27.00 – 30.00 hourly

- Shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- Two days off each week. We try to schedule so that every team member has one week-day off and one weekend-day off.
- Weekend availability required.
- Showroom/Retail Environment - Generally an indoor stetting where the noise level is usually moderate, but can be loud.
- The Temperature in the work environment us usually moderate to cool, but can be cold or hot.
- Will be working with computers and phones frequently.
- Occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time.
- Frequently sitting and typing for extended periods of time.
- Frequently able to communicate verbally and in written form.
- Frequently able to use all types of vision, such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception, to complete daily tasks.
- Occasionally required to bend, stretch, reach or stoop.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 50 LBS.
- Required to wear comfortable and showroom appropriate clothes within Business Professional standards.
