Summary

As a Caregiver at We Are A Helping Hand, Inc., you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly clients. Located in the United States, this position involves providing essential support and companionship to individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive the care they need.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs to enhance their independence.
• Medication reminders as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
• Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at home.
• Communicate effectively with family members regarding client needs and progress.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Experience in home care or caregiving is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
