Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical sales or account management.
