CADC and LCSW (Individual Dual Licensure)

Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate professional with dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and mental health counseling, offering essential support to individuals and families facing various challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote mental well-being.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
• Implement behavioral therapy techniques to assist clients in managing their mental health conditions.
• Offer addiction counseling services to clients struggling with substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment strategies.
• Facilitate workshops or support groups focused on mental health awareness and coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Experience

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) & (CADC) in the state(Nevada) of practice.
• Proven experience in behavioral health settings, with skills in crisis intervention and mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with child family counseling practices is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient care and collaboration with other professionals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in social work practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Morning shift
