**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**
- Current Nurse Practitioner license

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The FNP will provide comprehensive care to patients across various age groups, focusing on both preventive and acute health management. This role requires a strong understanding of family dynamics, health promotion, and disease prevention, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
• Administer medications and injections as necessary, adhering to aseptic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Experience

• A valid Nurse Practitioner license with a focus on family practice/wound care is required.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical office operations is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing medication administration is essential.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques is necessary for maintaining patient safety.
• Previous experience working with geriatric populations or in memory care settings is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
