🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial Dispute Resolution – Represent clients in complex commercial cases, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and fraud.
• Litigation Support & Case Management – Prepare for trials by managing discovery, drafting motions, and assisting with depositions and hearings.
• Client Advisory – Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on risk management and litigation strategy.
• Settlement Negotiation – Assist in settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution methods.
• Legal Research & Writing – Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and memoranda in support of litigation.

✔ Who You Are

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
